Creative Writing

Classes for developing your writing skills and discovering your own style. From writing fiction and academic prose to simply becoming a more confident writer, the classes can be shaped around your individual goals. Language-focused classes are available in English only, while work on broader writing skills (such as structuring ideas, developing arguments, and organising a text) is also available in Czech.

Language Courses

Spiritual Counselling

Piano Lessons

Piano lessons at the studio are open to music lovers of all backgrounds. For those wishing to deepen their understanding of music, the studio also offers individual courses in music history and lessons in music theory. 

Cultivating a Psychoanalytic Perspective on Life

An accessible exploration of psychoanalytic ideas for anyone seeking greater insight into their inner life. Psychoanalytic thought offers a way of illuminating different aspects of everyday experience: our relationships, choices, conflicts, desires, and the patterns we find ourselves repeating. This programme can take the form of either one-to-one discussions or lectures.

This service is intended to introduce and explore psychoanalytic ideas from a philosophical perspective and should not be understood as a form of psychotherapy. Studio Orfeus does not provide psychotherapy.

The Art of Living

A space for exploring what it means to live a meaningful life through both Western and Eastern traditions. This exploration can take the form of either one-to-one counselling or lectures.
